Registration Fees:

jjjjjjjj• Online HCCP Exam (optional) – $204 (first-time) or $129 (re-take)

All attendees will receive a PDF course manual.

HUD Lead Safe Housing Rule Trainings-

January/February 2023

HUD’s Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes (OLHCHH) is sponsoring a training series that will help participants review federal lead regulations with a focus on the Lead Safe Housing Rule (LSHR) activities for project-based assistance (PBA) (Subpart H), public housing (Subpart L), and tenant-based rental assistance (TBRA) (Subpart M).

IRS issues standard mileage rates for 2023; business use increases 3 cents per mile

The Internal Revenue Service issued the 2023 optional standard mileage rates used to calculate the deductible costs of operating an automobile for business, charitable, medical or moving purposes.

Beginning on January 1, 2023, the standard mileage rates for the use of a car (also vans, pickups or panel trucks) will be:

jjjjjjjj• 65.5 cents per mile for business, up 3 cents from the midyear increase of 2022

jjjjjjjj• 22 cents per mile for medical or moving purposes
