Celebrating victories that uplift our clients and define our commitment to excellence in family law. Here is a recent triumph!

We successfully secured temporary exclusive use and possession of the marital home for our client, providing immediate stability during a challenging time. In addition, a reunification therapist was appointed—selected and paid for by the opposing party—ensuring a structured path toward rebuilding the parent-child relationship. Clear boundaries were established. The therapist will not testify, determine timesharing, or waive privilege, protecting the integrity of the therapeutic process.

This outcome prioritizes both our client’s rights and the well-being of the family.

Employee Spotlight

We are happy to shine a spotlight on Senior Associate Attorney, Stephanie Cavill. Stephanie started as a law clerk at Kantaras Law in 2005 and as an attorney in 2006. She is board certified in marital and family law, a prestigious title held by only 274 attorneys in Florida. Stephanie has said that working in family law has made her more patient and cognizant of the emotional, social, and financial struggles that clients face when their relationships end and their family dynamic changes.

Her passion for the families is what keeps her in the family law practice field. She spends weekends with her own family, riding bikes, swimming and enjoying the Florida sunshine! Thank you for your commitment to Kantaras Law and our clients, Stephanie!
