A Word From Our Retreat Speaker
"As a gift of the Spirit, prayer becomes the continuation of a conversation God has started." - Tim Keller

I consider it a great joy and privilege to be invited to speak to Saint Philip's on the topic of prayer. To get your juices flowing, I plan at the very least to speak on the prayer life of Jesus, the theological anatomy of prayer, and the importance of thanksgiving in prayer. I may perhaps try to wade into the deep waters of the danger of prayer as time allows.

Please join me in praying for my preparation for this weekend, as I promise to pray for you. I know we will all be blessed.

Warmly in Christ,
Kendall Harmon

"And he told them a parable, to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart." - Luke 18:1
