Do you feel like the children of Israel during the plagues??? I am studying Exodus, Leviticus and Numbers in Bible Study. What a timely study. The memory of Coronavirus 2020 (or Coronapocalypse 2020) will live long in history. It is real and our response is so important. It says in Hebrews 12:1-3 - that whatever surrounds us we are to FIX our EYES on Jesus and not lose heart. What an encouragement.
My heart is sad because we had to cancel our ESL Classes. I am mailing lessons with a Bible study to our students by mail. Our teachers are FaceTiming their students. Many churches and Bible studies are going online and using Zoom to keep in contact by the internet. What different times we are in. I would love to know stories of how you are keeping in contact with your students during this time. It is so important to encourage one another.
We are praying that all this will pass and that we will be able to hold our workshops in August and September. We’ll schedule them realizing that things can change. Let us know if you have a need to train your teachers . We are planning a Basic Training at First Baptist Church Murphy in August.
