Greetings!
In case you didn't know, I am a big fan of Christmas - primarily because I love a very wide selection of Christmas music. My daughter never appreciated me playing Christmas music in September, October, and November.
But she moved out a few years ago. :-)
So you know it's all-Christmas music all the time at my house.

December is now just a few days away.
So now you have three things to focus on between now and the end of year.
1) Finish strong! Find clients who have money to spend at the end of year. Make sure everyone's got a working backup - and an offsite end-of-year backup.
2) Make a plan for 2023. What are your sales goals? Which conferences will you attend? How will you improve your skills and product lines? And how will you grow your business?
3) Determine what you will STOP doing in 2023. Whether it's products and services you sell or policies that don't serve your best interest, you need to do some trimming.
So, in the next few weeks, please plan some time to work ON your business. You hear that phrase all the time. This is what that means.

The questionnaire should take only 5-10 minutes. I want to gather information on your hiring practices and where you think your company is going in the next year. You can answer completely anonymously. If you wish to receive a copy of the results, you'll need to provide your email address, of course.

Entertainer and Mentalist Paul Draper returns to the SBT Roundtable on December 1st.
This appearance will NOT be recorded, so please plan to be there live. Paul appeared last year as part of our December "Holiday Party" in the middle of the pandemic. He shared how he transformed his business online.

This is a very old picture of one of my favorite road signs. I'm grateful that I stopped and took a picture a few decades back.
At 55 MPH, the only message you're going to get from this sign is WATCH OUT! It's from the middle of nowhere, between Wapato and Union Gap, Washington.
This sign is no longer posted since the roads were fixed up. But I hope this sign lives proudly in some road crew member's garage.
