Effective July 1, 2023, Consumer Direct Care Network Tennessee (CDTN) processes reimbursements for Katie Beckett Waiver Program Part B services:

Health Insurance Premium Assistance
Non-Traditional Therapy Services
Community Transportation

CDTN is excited to help you make this change.

What Changes

You will submit proof of payment to CDTN. You will no longer submit to DIDD.

What You Need to Do

Let us know how you would like to be reimbursed for services.

Request Reimbursement.

Complete the Reimbursement/Vendor Payment Request form.
Include a receipt of the paid expense (i.e., premium assistance, community transportation).
Complete the form and return it to InfoCDTN@ConsumerDirectCare.com.

Reimbursement Schedule

Requests submitted before 5pm CST Monday are normally processed for payment by the end of the same week. You can also sign up for direct deposit.

CDTN must have an authorization on file.
To avoid delays in payment, the request form and documentation must be complete and accurate.
