Domestic violence often leaves families with nowhere safe to turn. Katrina’s story shows what’s possible when a survivor has the support to find safety and begin rebuilding.

Community Support Highlights

This month, Carlsbad Mayor Pro Tem Priya Bhat-Patel is hosting the annual Mama & Baby Drive, supporting families at our shelter.

Twin Waves Wellness Center held a food and blanket drive, helping restock our pantry and provide warmth to families in need during the holidays.

Exposure Skate and Skate Rising assembled self-care hygiene bags for families at our shelter and provide ongoing food donations.
