Katy ISD Hosts Redesigned SAT Community Information Sessions
We know how important it is for parents to ensure their child is prepared to succeed on the SAT. In an effort to help the Katy ISD community better understand the changes to the SAT, and how they will impact students, the District is hosting two Redesigned SAT Community Information Sessions on September 15 and 29. Call Center Available for Parents Experiencing Issues with Canvas System

Tonight at 9 p.m. is the last time to access the Call Center available to parents and students experiencing issues with Canvas, Katy ISD's online learning management system, or online textbooks. The Call Center is available at (281) 396-7663 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Any issues experienced outside of this timeframe can be entered into the Google Form located on the Parent Technology page
Katy ISD Seniors Named Semifinalists in 2016 National Merit Scholarship Program

Last week, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation released the names of approximately 16,000 semifinalists in the 2016 National Merit Scholarship Program. A total of 51 of these talented seniors are from Katy ISD. As semifinalists, these students now have a chance to compete for some 7,400 National Merit Scholarships, worth more than $32 million, that will be offered in spring 2016. Read more...
