Kaua`i Board of REALTORS® Monthly

KBR MISSION STATEMENT: “Our mission is to elevate professionalism in our members and to advocate real property rights for all.”

Moving Forward Together

As our Kauaʻi `ohana (community) continues to recover from Hurricane Lowell, our thoughts remain with our members, ohana, neighbors, businesses and community who have been impacted.

The days and weeks ahead will be about recovery, assessment, and helping one another move forward. We know that many of you are balancing your own personal and business needs while also responding to questions and concerns from your clients.

At the same time, the Kauaʻi Board of REALTORS® remains committed to keeping our members informed. As part of that commitment, here is our regular monthly NEWSLETTER, real estate updates and market information. "September is NAR REALTOR SAFETY MONTH"

We are here for you, we are here for our community, and together we will support Kaua`i as we recover and rebuild.

LETTER FROM KBR Association Executive, Nani Sadora:

ALOHA KBR and Affiliate Members!

Mahalo, KBR, for supporting our Kuleana Scholarship Program!

Together, we raised $5,200 to support this year’s scholarship recipients. Congratulations to our awardees, and best wishes as you take the next steps in your higher education journey.

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you this fall. Congratulations, and mahalo for letting KBR be a part of your journey!

SEPTEMBER is…

REALTOR® safety is of the utmost importance for your brokerages, boards and associations, and the National Association of REALTORS®. NAR’s Safety Program was created to educate and empower REALTORS® to avoid job-related risks and to create a safety plan for themselves. Safety is not just about REALTOR® safety, it is also about ensuring the safety of the client, customer, landlord, tenant, and REALTOR® in the real estate transaction. Stay safe on the job year-round.
