Reminder: Online Change Broker Requests went live Friday, Aug. 1
Starting August 1, agents must submit Change Broker Requests electronically through their MyPVL account, as announced in the May Real Estate Commission Bulletin.
Alternative to hard copies--this faster, paperless option will speed up the transfer process and help reduce delays.
Brokers, please note:
● You must respond to MyPVL email notifications within the specified timeframe.
● Failure to respond may result in referral to RICO.
● Watch for additional guidance in the next REC Bulletin.
