“A magically immersive experience” describes this first annual event, welcoming close to 70 members and affiliates in attendance. The evening opened with a welcome oli by Kauai Museum Director, Uncle Chucky Boy Chock as the ua and makani’s were very present, reminding us all of the beauty of Kauai.
Music serenaded by Kauai’s own Bronson Aiwohi, culinary experience with Chef Seth and Paulette of intertwining its creative menu with this year’s theme “KULEANA - past, present, future”.
For many, the tours & highlights of the Kauai Museum were first timers but by the end of the evening, many embraced the commitment to being Ambassadors of this treasured gem. The stories, seeing all of the absolutely priceless artifacts and bringing Kauai’s history to life.
