Aloha Everyone:

December came by a lot quicker than we all thought. This year has brought many changes moving the association forward through technology.

A heartful thank you to our 2020 Leadership Team and Committees for their dedication and understanding of their fiduciary responsibilities during this pandemic. Times have changed and the association is moving forward to allow its members to remain relevant and current.

In 2021, you will continue to see technology playing an important role in committee meetings and education for our membership. Proposals will be submitted to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors to approve an electronic membership database eliminating the duplication of rosters and contact information on various platforms used by the State and National Association.

The year of the Unicorn has been quite interesting to say the least!

What is amazing is to see is how nimble REALTORS® can be!

The Board of Directors for KBR, KBR members and, of course, Karen Ono and Toni Ishimoto have all stepped up to the unique challenges of the year. I can’t thank these individuals enough for offering the members full-service during a time of such extraordinary stress!
