Kauai Board of REALTORS® Monthly
SEPTEMBER 2020 YOUR LICENSE AND YOUR COMMUNITY
September 2, 2020
LETTER FROM KBR EXECUTIVE OFFICER, Karen Ono:
Aloha Brokers & Agents:

New and seasonal agents often are confused with titles they are using in their advertising and/or the role they play in the company. For starters, the 2020 Core B Mandatory Core course titled “The Principal Broker: The Buck Stops Here”, may have answered a few questions, or it may have caused more confusion among the REALTOR® members and probably most licensees within the state.

LETTER FROM KBR PRESIDENT, Julian A. Coiner:

Aloha and Happy Labor Day Weekend to All Members and Affiliate Members:

I know how hard you have worked this year to both maintain your business and serve your clients here on the Garden Island. While all of us admit that 2020 has been a most challenging year, we can also agree that Kauai is most adept at rising to challenges. Look at how Covid-19 has brought the issue of food security to the forefront and how our local farmers and food sources are stepping up. Consider how the island has cared for our kupuna, keeping them safe comfortable and loved. Observe how you willingly respect and honor the community by wearing your mask – both in and out of real estate showings and support the County of Kauai’s efforts in enforcing quarantines.
