Dear Supplier Partner,

At the end of June, KeHE announced as part of their FOOD. FWD>>> Strategy, the completion of its acquisition of DPI Specialty Foods. Below are details outlining the first phase of the integration: 

Kroger’s Dallas (Div 35), Dillons (Div 615), and Houston (Div 34) divisions previously serviced out of DPI’s Rocky Mountain facility will begin shipping out of KeHE’s Dallas Distribution Center (DC19) on 10/29/23. 

To proactively ensure a smooth transition, KeHE has updated the following documents that are critical to our future shared success:

KeHE Policies and Procedures (P&P) and updated Terms Form:

• Addition of a DPI Addendum that will govern purchase orders into DPI warehouses for new and existing KeHE suppliers.
• Identification of programs that are unique to purchase orders into DPI warehouses.
• Effective date of 11/1/2023 for existing KeHE suppliers.
• Effective date of 10/1/2023 for new KeHE suppliers. 

KeHE Hold Harmless (HH), Supplier Expectations Manual, and Inbound Routing Guide (IBRG):

• Identification of programs that are unique to purchase orders into DPI warehouses.
• Updates on PFAS and other food safety regulations.
• Addition of GTIN information in IBRG.
• Effective date of 11/1/2023 for existing KeHE suppliers.
• Effective date of 10/1/2023 for new KeHE suppliers.  

New DPI Specialty Foods Supplier Agreement:

• The DPI Marketing Solutions Program (Exhibit D) will be terminated effective 12/31/23. The DPI Vendor Manager will reach out to eligible supplier participants to facilitate a transition to a new offer. 
• Exhibit C has been updated to include KeHE CONNECT BI™. We know that transparency through reporting is greatly valuable to your success and are incorporating DPI data into KeHE CONNECT BI™ in phases, summarized below. 
• Effective date of 12/1/2023 for existing DPI suppliers.

To further align, beginning January 2024, KeHE and DPI will follow the same price change calendar. Products built in either system with an upcoming price change will follow the below for submission. 

• Submit to KeHE on the KeHE CONNECT Supplier® platform
• Submit to DPI on the iSupplier platform
