Dylan, and his beautiful wife Tabitha, have three boys, all under the age of four. Dylan’s main priorities in life are family and setting an example his boys can be proud of. He loves sports and currently coaches middle school football. Dylan might be new to real estate but he is no stranger to the home buying and selling process. He currently owns and operates an independent insurance brokerage, Dylan Fry Goosehead Insurance. Throughout his time in insurance, Dylan has worked closely with numerous real estate agents and lenders. This has provided him the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various areas of real estate. Dylan has witnessed the impact RE/MAX Advantage Agents have on their community and their clients. The passion and superior service the RE/MAX Advantage Agents provide their clients has inspired Dylan to join the office as a licensed real estate agent. Welcome to the office, Dylan!

Vote April 5th
The Kearney Chamber of Commerce endorses both of these important community initiatives.
Kearney Fire & Rescue Protection District
The Kearney Fire & Rescue Protection District Board of Directors voted unanimously to place a $.15 operating levy increase on the April 5th ballot. For a homeowner of a $300,000 home, the increase will be less than $7.15 per month.

The efficient fire protection and prevention services we provide not only saves lives and property, but also resulted in reduced insurance rates for homeowners, business owners, and renters. Read More.

If you have specific questions regarding this ballot issue, please contact Fire Chief Kevin Pratt at 816-628-4122 or via email at [email protected].
Kearney School District
KSD is asking voters to go to the polls on April 5 to vote on Proposition B, a proposed $44 million zero-tax-rate-increase bond issue. Broadly speaking, if approved, the bond issue will:
  • Fund additional pre-K through grade five classrooms
  • Provide new spaces for 21st Century teaching and learning
  • Address facility upgrades and deferred maintenance across our school system.

Passage of the bond issue will not increase the district's debt service tax rate, which is used solely to fund construction and major repair and improvement projects in the district. Every school in KSD will benefit if Prop B is approved.

Additional details about Prop B, including proposed project renderings, are available at ksdr1.net/bond2022.
Business of the Month
We are celebrating First Missouri Bank as our Business of the Month!
First Missouri Bank is driven by local families and local businesses. Their staff are always friendly and helpful, providing old-fashioned customer service along with progressive, robust banking services.

They are quick and eager to sponsor and support a great number of community events and activities including first responders, the Kearney School District, Kearney Enrichment Council, and Kearney Chamber of Commerce. They also frequently host their own special community outreach activities, the most popular of which is the Annual Holiday Open House.

As a local, community bank First Missouri Bank invests in our community, helping local businesses, farms, and households grow, prosper, and continue to make our community strong and welcoming.

Drop by to congratulate and support our business of the month!
