Calling All Employers!
There is still room for you! The Kearney Chamber of Commerce is hosting its first annual Kearney Job Fair on April 28. The job fair will be held at the Kearney Firehouse Community Center from 3 – 6 pm, and open to all employers in the Kearney/Holt area.
Registration for area businesses is $50 for Chamber members and $100 for non-members. Registration includes an interview space with table, chairs and bottled water.
Job seekers of all levels are encouraged to attend and participate. This job fair is a great resource for students and adults to connect with employers who are actively seeking quality people looking for employment.

Meeting with the Mayor to discuss the April 6, 2021 Use Tax initiative.
The meeting is scheduled for Thursday April 1st at 1 pm at City Hall and via Zoom to inform and educate residents about what the Use Tax is and is not. Meeting information will be placed on the 102.7FM KPGZ web site, the Courier- Tribune, and the city’s Facebook page, including links to the Zoom and YouTube feed. Citizens are invited to join Mayor Pogue live at City Hall or via Zoom and ask questions about the Use Tax or any other city issues.

Ribbon Cutting-Zora Boutique
Join the Kearney Chamber of Commerce at a Ribbon Cutting for Zora Boutique (100 East 6th Street, Suite 6, Kearney).
This event will be held outdoors with masks and social distancing per Clay County Public Health guidelines.
After the Ribbon Cutting enjoy pink drinks, cookies, shopping and 10% off for all Kearney residents.
