Reminder! The Regional Opportunity Grant, sponsored by Friends & Alumni Association of NC-DECA, is available for 5 students in each region. Students that have Covid-related financial hardship are encouraged to apply. Applications are due Friday, January 29. The link below will take you to the application. This link is also posted on the homepage of the website.
Officer Elections
Elections for the state officer team of 2021-2022 will be held virtually beginning with Screening & Nominating on February 16 from 4:00-6:00 pm. Laura Martin will be reaching out to District Chairs for screening & nominating committee members. If you have students interested in serving on the committee, please contact your District Chair.
Scholarship Applicants
Please be aware that scholarship applicants will NOT receive any information until February 12 at the earliest. Student applicants will be contacted directly concerning the scholarship process.

Scholarship Applications are due on February 3! Please encourage your students to apply. The link is posted on the NC-DECA homepage.

The link for uploading written events will be open Monday morning, February 1. All written event papers must be uploaded on February 3 at 11:59 pm. 
Presentations for all written events (including stand alone presentations for PSE, HSE, FPE) must be uploaded by Friday, February 12 at 11:59 pm. Video upload instructions will be sent in a future email.
DECA Swag!
Swag Bags…. All individuals registered to participate in the Virtual CDC will receive a swag bag in addition to the traditional conference t-shirt.
