April Wellness
Keep Calm and Carry On
We are in a temporary situation.

Society’s stress is extremely high right now and that stress is having an adverse impact on humans. To cope with so many changes, it is important to focus on what we can control.

This is a new virus with many unknowns and daily developments are unsettling. We need to look at the facts of our situation and to put things into perspective: 80% of Covid-19 cases are mild flu-like symptoms; 13.8% need medical attention; 4% need intensive care.
Focus on what you can control now.

Your Wellness Champions want to share their strategies for keeping calm. Look for helpful tips coming to you through regular communications and on your NAPEBT Wellness Portal. Here are examples of the tips you can expect to receive:

  • Practice self-awareness to help identify what you can control
  • Practice Grounding Techniques
  • Telework effectively
  • Support Children
