Keep Cool with a Ductless Heat Pump
Ductless heat pumps provide cooling during the summer months in addition to heating during the winter months.

A ductless system provides cooling to one or more zones in your home. The system is simple to install and does not require ductwork.

They heat and cool your home efficiently, which can reduce your energy use.

Use Water Wisely to Cut Energy Waste
Water heating can account for up to 20% of your energy bill. You can lower your water heating costs and conserve water by following these tips:

  • Use faucet aerators and energy-saving showerheads.
  • Take more showers than baths.
  • Use cold water to wash laundry.
  • Wash full loads in the dishwasher.
  • If you're gone for an extended period of time, turn off your water heater at the breaker.

Protect Your Home from Wildfire
Wildfires in the Pacific Northwest have increased in frequency and severity the last couple of years.

Here are a few things you can do to help protect your home from wildfires:

  • Create a 30-foot non-combustible buffer around your home.
  • Stack firewood away from your home.
  • Dispose of yard debris safely. This may mean composting, recycling, or chipping instead of burning.
  • Trim branches along your driveway and around your home.
  • Contact us to trim branches near power lines.
  • Clean gutters before fire season and keep them free of debris.
  • Keep your yard well-watered and mowed short.

Please Slow Down, Move Over for Work Crews
When you see our crews working along the side of the road, please slow down or move over.

You will help keep our linemen and tree trimmers safe. And, in Oregon, it's the law.

Thank you for helping keep our crews safe.
