Please take notice that the 2026 Annual Meeting of the members of the Girl Scouts of Gateway Council will take place as follows:

Early Bird is our special early-renewal period for Girl Scout members. When girl members and troop leaders renew their membership for 2027 between April 1 - 15, they will receive an exclusive Early Bird Patch featuring Maisie the Monal.

Additionally, this year we are launching special edition day one promotions for girls and Troop Leaders: 

Day One Promotions: 

• Girls who renew their membership on day one will earn a one-of-a-kind Girl Scout t-shirt and a special edition “Earliest Bird” patch rocker! 
• Troop Co-Leaders who renew their membership on day one will be entered into a drawing to receive a Turtle Box Speaker, Yeti Cooler, or Bogg Bag w/topper (five drawings will take place in mid-April!).
• Communities who renew 75% of eligible girls on day one will receive a personalized parade banner for their community, with updated Girl Scout branding and community recognition! 
• Please note these promos are only available for those who renew with membership on April 1st. No exceptions will be made.

The Girl Scout Experience Box program is expanding to first year Junior Troops! This is a one time activity box, funded by Google and Girl Scouts of the USA and completely FREE for troops. Quantities are limited– 5,000 boxes are available through this funding across all 111 councils. 

Troops (single-level Junior or multi-level with at least four rising Juniors) must register or renew at least 1 Leader and 4 Juniors (4th-5th grade in the 2026-2027 school year) to be eligible. This includes 2nd year Brownies who are bridging to their first year of Juniors. 

What's inside the box: Uniquely Us and Digital Leadership badge activities + supplies, Digital Well-Being activities, and family resources. The Be Internet Awesome patch will be included free of charge. This box is available in English or Bilingual (English/Spanish). 



Registration begins April 1, 2026 | Boxes will ship directly to Troop Leaders in July 2026
