Communities Benefit from Paint Iowa Beautiful Program, Grants

Through our longstanding partnership with Diamond Vogel, the Paint Iowa Beautiful program grants paint to volunteers and organizations for community improvement projects. Keep Iowa Beautiful believes well-maintained and painted buildings reflect pride in our communities. These recent Paint Iowa Beautiful grantees have a lot to be proud of.

The Mutchler Community Center in Bloomfield, Iowa, was able to repaint the inside of the men's restroom thanks to a Paint Iowa Beautiful grant.

Prior vandalism had left the restroom with chipped paint on its walls, which are now covered in a fresh coat of red paint. It's the little things that make a big difference!

Paint Iowa Beautiful awardees in Clarksville, Iowa, recently repainted the golf course's clubhouse, which had not seen a fresh coat of paint in 40 years. What a difference some fresh paint can make!

A Paint Iowa Beautiful project was recently completed in Waverly, Iowa.

City crews painted the well-used Droste and Lions Shelters within Waverly's Memorial Park, giving them a new life for years to come.
