Keep KEEN Moving!

Although we can't meet in person, that has not stopped KEEN from making sure our athletes keep moving! Through live virtual online activities, the young people with disabilities we serve are participating in exercise, dancing, practicing Tae Kwon Do, enjoying music and connecting with their KEEN friends via virtual chat.

KEEN parents have shared, “We appreciate your effort to keep our daughter engaged. She needs the exercise and really enjoys Aaron and Zuzu's [KEEN Instructors] energy.” And,  “This is a great, great idea to connect with other athletes during this time.”

And, we are hearing from our athletes too! “Hi, This Is Zachary And I Feel Happy During My Exercise.”

We are committed to keeping our athletes positive, energized and moving! At the same time, we need your help to keep KEEN, as an organization, moving, as we face significant decreases in revenue and canceled fundraising events.

You can make a difference in the lives of the very special young people we serve by donating today . Thank you for your generosity.

When you donate, please consider leaving a note of encouragement for our athletes, volunteers or staff in the comment box and we will post it on a special webpage for all to see.
