Thank you for making the Spring Undergraduate Career Fair a success! We hope you left inspired and ready to move forward in your career journey. Read below to find out what next steps to take after the career fair and to view our list of open jobs from employers who attended. Additionally, we have a few upcoming events that will keep your job and internship search going!

Upcoming Events:

Career Fair Follow-Up

Here are a few of the best ways to follow up:

  1. Connect with your new contacts: Take the time to follow-up with employers you met and follow their company profile on Handshake. Send follow-up emails/LinkedIn Messages within 24 hours of the fair. Keep your messages short and concise - thank the recruiter for their time and information and reiterate any next steps that were communicated.  You can also message students and alumni that have worked for the employer to build your network through Handshake.
  2. Prepare for interviews: Don't wait until an interview is scheduled to start researching the company and defining your career goals. Utilize interview resources on CCD's Canvas page, practice your interview skills with Big Interview or book an interview prep appointment with a Career Advisor.
  3. Keep up your job/internship search momentum: Be sure to explore the Handshake Collection, "Attending the Career Fair," to see the companies who attended the fair, and the jobs and internships hat they have open right now!
