Keep your pure tap pure in your reusable bottle
Carrying a reusable water bottle everywhere you go not only keeps you healthy and hydrated, it's also earth friendly. And with the best water in the country right here in Louisville, it's a win-win! But remember to clean your bottle frequently so Louisville pure tap ® stays pure. These suggestions show some good ways to do just that!
Join us for yoga at Walking Wednesday on July 10

A cool summer breeze, the sound of running water and the beautiful Crescent Hill Reservoir and Gatehouse as a scenic backdrop…what could be better? How about a little late afternoon yoga?

The Kentucky Yoga Initiative will offer a free yoga class Wednesday, July 10 from 6:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Gatehouse. It’s part of Louisville Water’s popular Walking Wednesday program.

Walking Wednesdays are held the second Wednesday of the month from May through September. Louisville Water staff open the historic Gothic-style Gatehouse to visitors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. It’s located on Reservoir Avenue between Frankfort Avenue and Brownsboro Road and free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!
Science + Summer = Fun!

Ever get bored in the summer? Well, how about a little summer science fun? We challenge you to “ Do Science in the Sink”.

Go to Louisville Water's Facebook page every Sunday in July and look for a new experiment. Post your results on Facebook by tagging Louisville Water or by using #ScienceintheSink.

Every time you post, you get a chance to win our Summer Science prize packet!
Don't forget! Visit us for free with Cultural Pass
What is free and fun? Visiting the WaterWorks Museum this summer! Again this year, Louisville Water is participating in the Cultural Pass program, which provides free access to Louisville Water Tower Park on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. through August 7. Come on down to see the inside of a fire hydrant, dress like Louisville Water employees, build a water tower and much more!
Students celebrate partnership with fence art
Field Elementary students completed a project that put Louisville Water’s logo on a fence that separates the school from the Crescent Hill Water Treatment Plant. This celebrates 30 years of collaboration between the two groups.
Who is this?
You could win a prize if you know!

Our pure tap bottles like to travel all over the country. This wax figure at the Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee uses pure tap to keep hydrated! Do you know who this is? The first five people to  send the correct answer  will receive a pure tap prize pack! Good luck!

Congratulations to Gege Reed, Joshlyn Collins, Nichole Branden, Rosemary Sims, and Joni Schmidt! They were the winners of the June picture contest. It featured a 'pure tap moment' in Washington, DC.
