Stand Up for Our Right to Assemble & Protest
Our Missouri State Senate is working on two bills that would drastically harm the right to protest. Please call your state senator today and make your voice heard: 573-269-3772 or sign the petition here.

SB66 & SB26 target protestors while limiting basic accountability measures for law enforcement. Let your representatives know you won't stand for it.
Options Expanded for Submission of Testimony During Select Public Hearings in MO House
In addition to testifying in person or electronically submitting written testimony, citizens now have the option to testify remotely during select public hearings in the MO House of Representatives. To testify remotely, you must request to do so and be approved by the appropriate committee.

While these opportunities to provide remote testimony are a step in the right direction, the MO legislature can do more. Let legislators know that remote testimony needs to be expanded to all public hearings in both the House and Senate here!
Oppose Bill That Makes Enforcement of Federal Gun Laws Illegal in MO!
SB 39 would prohibit Missouri law enforcement officers from assisting in the enforcement of certain federal public safety laws. Any state officer who did so would face a lawsuit for simply doing their job to keep our communities safe.

This would threaten public safety and penalize law enforcement for properly doing their jobs.
