Post-Testing: Remember that your student should be post-tested after every 30-35 hours of tutoring time. Contact Carol Garcia to schedule a virtual or in-person session. Both tutor and student can be included in the assessment process virtually if desired.

English Conversation Groups

ESL Conversation Groups offer an informal and friendly environment for adults at an intermediate or above level to practice their English listening and speaking skills.

Literacy DuPage is currently offering six virtual (ZOOM) ESL Conversation Groups. Although these groups are hosted by the following partner libraries, they are open to anyone in DuPage County.

Are you missing recent tutor newsletters?

A recently discovered database problem caused many tutors not to receive the newsletters for October (vol. 21, 22, 23), November (vol. 24), and December (vol. 25). The database problem has been corrected. Every newsletter is archived on the Literacy DuPage website.
