Like every new year, the Chinese New Year (also known as the Lunar New Year or Spring Festival) began with the second new moon after the winter solstice and is a chance to start fresh, see loved ones, and share in the hope of good things to come. We are hoping that the Year of the Ox will be one of the best years for you and your student.
