We hope the grey skies of April make way for the sunny and bright skies of May! This edition is about Mother’s Day and seasonal weather.

English Conversation Groups
ESL Conversation Groups offer an informal and friendly environment for adults at an intermediate or above level to practice their English listening and speaking skills.

Literacy DuPage is currently offering six virtual (Zoom) ESL Conversation Groups. Although these groups are hosted by the following partner libraries, they are open to anyone in DuPage County.

Naperville Riverwalk Toastmasters Offers Fun Way to Grow Your English-Language Skills

Want to practice speaking English in a fun group with new friends?
Naperville Riverwalk Toastmasters is your opportunity, whether you live in Naperville or not. 

The club welcomes foreign-born people who want to practice English in a friendly group.

We meet at lunchtime on the first and third Thursdays of every month for an hour starting at 12:05. The club had been meeting at the Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center in Naperville, but we now meet online using Zoom because of Covid.
