Volume 47 | November 6, 2021
This issue is all about Veterans Day and Thanksgiving!
Greetings, Tutors!

November is the time to be thankful, a time to remember and to embrace those who enrich our lives. We hope this season will inspire you to count your many blessings.

Literacy DuPage is most GRATEFUL for YOU!

As a tutor, you want to help your student understand the language and comprehend the nuances of the American culture. November is a month to gather, reminisce with friends and family, and participate in Thanksgiving traditions. It is also a dedicated time to honor, celebrate, and learn about military veterans, their sacrifices, and world history.

As always, please do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions or need help with tutoring strategies during this time. Be well and take care.

With gratitude and hope,
