Membership Campaign

BIA San Diego's ONE Campaign is back! Now through June 30th, you can receive $75 for every member you recruit to the BIA. Get your colleagues to join our great organization to build relationships with Builder/ Developer and Associate member companies as well as be a part of an organization that supports candidates and measures that advocate housing for all. We would like to extend the invitation to our next Member Orientation. The first half of this meeting will explain how members benefit from the BIA, which range from Legislation and Advocacy to upcoming events, and the various councils and committees available to join. The second half will focus on a Meet and Greet with out BIA Board of Directors, BIA CEO, Membership Liaisons, and other influential people representing our different councils and committees.

Invite your fellow co-workers as everyone in your company should attend our orientation and get involved with the BIA! Join us for food, drinks, and networking!

Join Build SD PAC at our upcoming Beers With the North County Mayors event. BIA PAC Fundraiser

August 28th

Coasterra

The BIA PAC raises funds to support candidates that champion housing production. We are predominantly in a phase where most elected officials understand the need for more housing. The BIA PAC supports candidates that are champions of housing and will work to improve our ability to build the housing this region needs. We need your help to sustain the work of the BIA PAC for the 2024 year by becoming a Sponsor for the PAC's Annual Fundraiser on August 28th.
