Yoga Shalom and Spirituality & Meditation

Yoga Shalom and Spirituality & Meditation meets every Wednesday. Using a DV

D with Cantor Lisa Levine and Carol K urgo f f, y ou will learn to relax your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit. We learn to use advanced, gentle chair modifications for each posture sequence. Immediately following Yoga Shalom is an hour of Jewish Meditation & Spirituality for you to study and grow spiritually within a Jewish framework.

Bring your mat and we will see you at the next session on October 11th at 10:30AM.

Rivaling the greatest wooden architecture in history, the synagogue of 18th-century Poland inspired artists Rick and Laura Brown to embark on a 10-year pursuit - to reconstruct the elaborate roof and painted ceiling of the Gwozdziec synagogue. Leading over 300 students and professionals from 16 countries, they not only reconstructed a lost synagogue, they recovered a lost world. In 2014, the Gwozdziec roof was unveiled as the centerpiece of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw.
