D with Cantor Lisa Levine and Carol K urgo f f, y ou will learn to relax your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit. We learn to use advanced, gentle chair modifications for each posture sequence. Immediately following Yoga Shalom is an hour of Jewish Meditation & Spirituality for you to study and grow spiritually within a Jewish framework.

By the 1920s, basketball had become a staple of life in American Jewish communities, and many of the top teams grew out of these neighborhoods.
