ENERGY STAR V12.7 Build-Out Deadline
As of September 1, 2019, all homes labelled to the ENERGY STAR for New Homes program must be enrolled and built to Version 17.
Version 12 enrollments that were not completed before August 31, 2019 can no longer be labelled to Version 12. Builders may transfer their outstanding V12 enrollments to V17. For more information, please contact
