Memorial Hospital Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with its own Board of Directors, by-laws and Articles of Incorporation. We raise support for and manage 26 funds that provide financial assistance to Memorial Health System's patients and employees.

We’re a local nonprofit so all donations stay in our community to provide assistance to Memorial Health System’s patients, employees, and no dollars are sent outside of South Mississippi.
Since Memorial covers our overhead expenses, 100% of donations go directly to the intended fund.
We have a big impact! So far this year, we’ve covered 3,816 medications for cancer patients, 1,066 medications for cardiac patients, 511 medications for endocrinology patients, 81 breast imaging services, 140 medical supply orders for ostomy patients and much more!
Boomtown Casino Biloxi chose us as the recipients of the October TITO donations. Guests have the option to donate change from their cash out ticket to charity and Boomtown chooses a different charity each month to receive the donation.
Pink Heart Funds presented us with a donation of $22,000 for our Oncology Fund from proceeds of the Ribbon Walk that was held in April.
Cadence Bank chose our Breast Imaging Fund to receive the Pink Debit Card donation for the Southeast Region.
Lori & Mike Pontius presented us with a donation of $13,043 for our Oncology Fund from proceeds of the 3rd Annual Loch-Q-Sa BBQ Cook Off.
MGM Resorts Foundation chose us to be a recipient of their Community Grant Program which is funded by MGM employees. They presented us with a grant for $7,955 for our Ostomy Fund.
Krewe of Neptune, Line 1 and the Trident Foundation presented us with a check for $20,000 from the Krewe of Neptune Poker Run. The proceeds will be split between our Oncology Fund and NICU Fund.
You can order Foundation t-shirts, cups and more on our online store! 100% of proceeds from the items will benefit our fellow employees in need.
We manage 26 funds that provide financial support to Memorial Health System's patients and employees. What makes us unique is that 100% of donations to the Foundation directly benefit the fund of your choosing and stay in our community. We have several donor programs for our supporters to choose from and you get to pick the fund you would like your donation to benefit.
