We are at the end of January 2024. Can you believe it? And this is the time of year we are bombarded with articles and blogs on practical tips for everything from de-cluttering closets and garages, to losing the weight put on during the holidays, to saving money during a time of inflation. So, here’s our version of “practical tips” when it comes to…

Praying:
The book, An Awesome Way to Pray. This resource has recently been updated! Download a free copy HERE. This book was written by Barry St. Clair to help students (1) spend time with Christ daily, (2) move from occasional prayer to consistent prayer, (3) engage non-Christian friends in meaningful conversation about Christ, and (4) develop a prayer strategy where you connect with two other Christians three times per week to pray for a total of nine non-Christian friends.

Our newsletter! Make sure you check out the end of our newsletter each month! You’ll find a list of prayer requests from our ministry that your family, church body, or small group can use. It has even been created so that you can easily print it out for yourself and/or others HERE.
Training:

Going:
In 2024, we are traveling to both Kenya and Cuba! In Kenya, we will be working alongside veteran Reach Out leaders as we minister in local schools, as well as with widows and orphans. In Cuba, our team is coming alongside Almendares Church, pastored by Elio Martiz, to provide an evangelistic camp for the youth of Havana. If you are interested in traveling to either location with us, email Sareka at sareka@reach-out.org. She will make sure you receive all the details you need, as they are finalized for each trip!
