Our Soul is so beautiful, radiant, and far more whole and complex than the mind can conceive of - and yet there is a simplicity that comes with the Soul.
The simplicity of truth and authenticity...
The Soul's nature is perfect love!
The heart desires the simplest of things - the heart doesn't plan, expect, or orchestrate. The heart REJOICES in the love it witnesses and experiences!
Children are such pure examples of this!
Children remind us that our natural soul-centered definition of success isn't in the complex.
So fresh from Spirit, they point to the priorities of the heart, in the simplest of things - a warm hug, an encouraging word, nature, bubbles, creativity, friendship, curiosity, kindness and compassion.
So if you find you may have slipped down the rabbit hole of complexities, take a time out to find the joy, gratitude, and love in the simplest of things...
Perhaps the freshness of the morning air, the chirping of the birds, the sensation of walking.
Bring it back in and keep it simple - let everything be an opportunity for the heart to rejoice...you know it is always looking for the excuse and opportunity to revel in joy. What could be more healing? <3
