In December, when Xceligent clients left thousands of commercial professionals across the country without the tools they need, St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division reacted immediately, exploring a variety of solutions to fill the void Xceligent left in the St. Louis market. 

After careful consideration, the association has identified a listing exchange provider we feel is the best option for our members. The platform is user-friendly and the subscription price will be reasonable and fair. Contract negotiations should be complete by week's end. 

During the interim, we encourage Commercial REALTORS®  refrain from entering into long term commitments with a listing exchange provider and temporarily consider utilizing St. Louis Commercial REALTORS® Broadcast Email System. See below to learn more about this free member benefit.

St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Board of Directors have assigned a Task Force to improve St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Leases, Contracts and Forms. The Task Force are currently working on:
  • Revising the Commercial Sales Contract for Improved Property
  • Creating a Sublease Agency Agreement
  • Creating a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By improving St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Forms, we hope more commercial practitioners will take advantage of this valuable member benefit.
