About Us
The Seaway Valley Venom are a semi-professional football team based out of Massena New York. The Organization began in March 2014 and played in its first official game in 2015.  2017 will mark the team’s third year fielding a team. Last Season the Venom became the first semi pro football team in the North Country to start and finish a season since 2009.  Players on the Seaway Valley Venom play for a variety of reasons: some want to develop their skills so that they can tryout for professional teams and others play because they miss the game . ALL players on the Venom love the game of football. Last year the Venom did have a player attend and participate in a professional football tryout  and this season the Venom are hoping to see more players try and make that jump.  The Venom are always looking for players ages 18 & up to come out and play so if you are interested please be sure to call the number listed on this page or send a personal message to our Facebook page!

But make sure they were truly “repairs,” and not actually “improvements,” which must be depreciated over a period of years.

Volunteer Opportunities
Meals on Wheels is the most recognized name brand of senior nutrition programs. But other senior meal programs by various names are in many communities in the U.S. and around the world and often go by names other than Meals on Wheels (a generic term generally reserved for home delivered meal programs). While Meals on Wheels programs are delivered to the home, seniors may also find congregate meal programs at local senior centers, churches, or community centers.

In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.

Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
