After School Clubs Make a Return...

Thankful to be in school and for an increased sense of normalcy!

From volleyball to Picasso, our students are beginning to experience a taste of the "olden days"! Thank you, Mrs. Martins & Mrs. Larkin for hosting our current after school activities for our students!

Please make certain to make note of the fact that our students have no school next Friday the 19th! A professional development day with faith as its focus has been planned by the Catholic Schools Alliance and will be enjoyed by our entire faculty and staff next week. While your kids may spend the day in their pj's on Friday, our staff will be enjoying Mass with the Bishop and a day of spiritual nourishment.

Speaking of a day of reflection, our 3rd through 5th grade students had a beautifully executed retreat today that included a visit from the Daughters of Mary of Nazareth, some time for Adoration, and the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Thank you, Mrs. Bentley for planning this wonderful day for our students!

We are grateful, thankful, and truly blessed.

Enjoy the weekend with your families.

Fly on the Wall

While outside at recess duty this week, I noticed a large Mary statue in the yard of a neighboring house that was in view. I mentioned it to the group of girls nearby to which this conversation followed:

Student #1- "I used to have a Mary statue in my backyard, but my dad threw it away because it was getting all moldy."

Me- "Aw, that's too bad... I have a Mary statue in my backyard."

Student #2- "In my backyard we have a chicken coop."
