Adoration in the Grotto on the Eve of the Inauguration

On Tuesday, each class (or student representatives from each class) will spend time adoring Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. in our school grotto . Praying for our country should certainly be a priority, and this exercise in communal prayer will reinforce the importance of prayer with our students.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid. (Jn. 14:27)
The winter testing session for our
MAP Growth assessment will continue next week with our Grades 4 & 5 students.
Have no fear!
If taking the test remotely becomes problematic (based on child's age, performance at home, technical difficulties, etc.) we are extremely flexible in getting our students tested.
Thank you!
Our School Events Committee will be helping to make Catholic Schools Week 2021 memorable in the midst of very different times. In next Friday's newsletter, more information will follow, including an outlined schedule of the weeks' activities.
In the meantime...
how can you get ready for CSW 2021?
Be prepared for:
  • crazy hair/sock day
  • red, white & blue day
  • red, yellow & orange day
  • a donation of a can or two to our can drive for Damien's Pantry
The Annual Tradition of Honoring Our Military

Each year during Catholic Schools Week, we honor our military (both those in active duty, as well as our veterans) with a special assembly. Obviously, this year will look slightly different as we are unable to gather in a large group to celebrate and honor our military. Students will instead enjoy a virtual assembly, pieced together by Mrs. Plante and our NJHS! Please click here to submit a photo of a loved one who is currently, or has served in the armed forces. If you submitted a photo last year, you will not need to forward again.
Thank you!
Securing Seats Coming Soon!
Our current school families will obviously have the opportunity to re-register their children for the 2021-2022 school year prior to our opening enrollment to potential new students!
More details on how to do so will be coming soon, as we make a BIG PUSH to "reserve your seat" during Catholic Schools Week 2021!

The Foundation to Advance Catholic Education (FACE) has begun the scholarship process for the 2021-22 school year. The deadline for applying for a FACE scholarship is March 5, 2021. While it may be a bit early for some families to start thinking about the next school year, it is worth noting that 2020 tax documents are required to complete an application - and the current COVID pandemic may complicate tax filing.
