Keiro interviewed three centenarians in the community to share their wisdom and experience with us. We asked about their secrets to longevity and tips they have for those who are turning 65.

As a caregiver for his mother for nine years and counting, Dale has found countless benefits for both himself and his mother since she has been enrolled in Iyashi Care. The Iyashi Care team has provided Dale an extra layer of support as a caregiver, including tips on medication management and Japanese-language support.
Keiro is finalizing newly redeveloped educational programming for older adults focused on five elements of quality of life: health/wellness, connectedness, autonomy, security, and purpose.
