Spreading Comfort and Cheer

Thanks to your support during Keiro’s 2024 Giving Tuesday campaign,

we were able to: 

Distribute over 450 Comfort and Cheer care packages to Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties, filled with items such as socks, hand warmers, Japanese food, and more!

Surpass our goal and extend your generosity by providing treat bags to an additional 200 older adults living in local senior living facilities.

To every donor who made this possible, your impact is immeasurable. Thank you for touching lives and spreading comfort and cheer!

Join Us for Genki Living Workshops: Yoga!

Tuesday, July 22, 2025 | 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. | Terasaki Budokan

Explore joyful ways to be healthy in this yoga workshop designed for anyone looking to start or deepen their yoga practice. This workshop will include both an instructional introduction to poses followed by a yoga flow practice to improve your mood, strength, and health. No prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to learn. Spots are limited, so we encourage you to register soon!

Staying active is essential for a healthy, independent lifestyle, and yoga is one of the most sustainable ways to do just that. As a low-impact and modifiable exercise, yoga supports strength, balance, and flexibility at any stage of life. More than just physical exercise, yoga promotes mental clarity and can be a great way to connect with others.
