Stepping Into Keiro's 65th Year

As we enter 2026, Keiro proudly celebrates its 65th Anniversary, honoring the unwavering legacy that began in 1961. Keiro hosted an intimate luncheon to commemorate this special occasion. The gathering brought together current and former board members, as well as longtime Keiro supporters, to share updates on our recent work and our renewed vision: to build a community where everyone, across generations, can live healthier and more fulfilling lives.

This Giving Tuesday, help Keiro spread hope, love, and joy to those who need it the most! Your gift will help us purchase essential items to assemble care packages for older adults through our partner organizations and those affected by the Eaton Canyon fires.

Join Keiro’s mochi aficionado, Kent Marume, as he takes you on a culinary tour of Japan just in time for your family’s upcoming New Year’s gathering. We will explore regional variations of ozoni, the traditional Japanese New Year’s mochi soup, and the cultural traditions behind them.
