McLean, Virginia (November, 30, 2021) – Last week, Keith Kelly, the CEO of Rate Reset, was announced as a Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) 2021 Tech 100 Honoree.

Kelly was distinguished in the “Executive Category,” along with 33 other tech leaders in the area.
