Habitat for Humanity - Faith Build

Saturday, May 7th, 8 AM - 12 PM

Work continues on the two Habitat for Humanity of the Mid-Willamette Valley home builds on Samaritan Ln that were started last summer. The Faith Build family is the Yaxley’s who are missionaries with Youth with a Mission (YWAM); they currently live at the YWAM base in Salem. The other family is Isaac and Amelia Marty.

The Yaxley family home is under roof and windows and doors are being installed. On April 23rd, the walls went up at the four bedroom home for the Marty family. This is a challenging lot to build on but now things will move more quickly.

And now we need your help! The morning of Saturday, May 7th has been set aside as a Faith Build day for anyone from Faith Relations churches. Below is the link you can use to register for this volunteer shift so we know how many to expect:

http://fr.salemhabitat.volunteerhub.com/

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the community while also participating in a Salem faith community. Hope you can make it!
