Nearly 9 out of 10 Americans start their car shopping online; when Credit Unions enroll in the MAC service, they significantly increase their chances of retaining member car loans, simply because they are at the beginning of the member’s car buying process. “User surveys have shown that nearly 55% of members who submit dealer inquiries on MAC websites come back to the Credit Union for their car loan.
