December 7 to 14, 2010 we will host you for a special Kemetic Yoga
and Wellness Retreat in Montego Bay Jamaica. This retreat is open
to two groups. 1. Those who are interested in coming to Jamaica
and enjoying Yoga, meditation and restorative practices under the
healing sun and in the warm waters of paradise. 2. Those who are
interested in doing all of the above and also becoming trained and
certified as a Kemetic Yoga teacher. As certified instructor of
Kemetic Yoga and the YogaSkills Method which was developed by me,
you will become part of the 28 billion dollar Yoga industry. Many
who have become certified under YogaSkills have parlayed their
training into productive either part-time or full-time in the
mind/body segment of the fitness industry.
As a certified instructor of Kemetic Yoga and the YogaSkills Method
you will become a part of a national network of certified
instructors who meet regularly for on-going supportive training,
advice and coaching as they manage their careers and businesses as
professionals in the Yoga field.
Many who have decided to train in other forms of Yoga have found
my YogaSkills Method invaluable in providing an extremely strong
grounding in the science of breathing, movement and meditation that
other systems lack. In addition our approach is based upon ancient
principles originating from Kemet (Ancient Egypt which is the birth
place of much of the science we know of today.

As an added bonus we will have a special guest instructor, Master
Wayne B. Chandler who will provide training in state of the art
internal practices such as Chi Gung, Nei Gung and Pranic Healing.
These systems compliment Yoga by using breathing movement and sound
that heal, balances and energizes all organ systems of the body.
When combined with Kemetic Yoga postures that are designed to open
energy flow throughout the physical and subtle bodies this
combination of practices become unsurpassed in their
effectiveness.
