We’re looking for community members to fill vacancies on several boards and commissions, including the Arts Commission (professional experience required), Housing Authority (mayoral appointment), Historic Preservation Commission (relevant experience required), Civil Service Commission, and Block Grant Advisory Board.
The application has been extended until all positions are filled. Most positions require city residency or business ownership in Kennewick, though some exceptions apply. Don’t miss this opportunity to make a difference in your community!

The City of Kennewick invites you to review and provide feedback on the draft 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report outlines the allocation of 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, program accomplishments, and progress toward strategic community development goals.
Comment Deadline:
March 17, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.
Review the draft report and submit your comments before it is sent to HUD on March 31, 2025.
