ROSE PAVING - MEWS ASPHALT & SEALCOAT UPDATE

Dear Kentlands Residents,

We have a schedule for the remaining work. It is as follows:

Sealcoat – Tuesday 10/1 - Thurgood Mews, Tschiffely Square Mews, Leekes Lot Mews, Midtown Mews, Golden Ash Mews, and Firehouse Mews

Asphalt work – Wednesday 10/2 - Chestertown Mews, Little Quarry Mews, and Inspiration Mews

The sealcoat work helps protect and extend the life of the asphalt surfaces in our community.

Below is a map showing both the asphalt and sealcoat areas.

The sealcoat crew will arrive on-site around 8:00 am, sealing all mews (alleys) in one day. The treatment is a liquid emulsion that requires 24 hours to cure. During this period, the mews will be closed off and inaccessible until the following morning.

The asphalt crew will arrive on-site around 8:00 am and complete the work in one day. To prevent incidents, the mews will be closed off during the asphalt work. We understand this may temporarily affect your accessibility, but the mews will be open once the crew finishes the cleanup, and we appreciate your patience during this time.

Residents will not be able to use their garages during these two periods, especially on the mews where the sealcoat will be applied.

If you have any questions or concerns about sealcoating or asphalt work, please email Amir Ibrahim at assistantmanager@kentlands.com.

The above proposed schedule is weather permitting; any changes will be communicated promptly.
