EV Charging Station

We have successfully completed the installation and setup of the new electric vehicle charging station.

The station is for citizen use only and therefore any interested residents with an electric vehicle that wishes to utilize the station will need to review and complete the EV charging registration form. Once approved, the KCA management staff will provide you with instructions for use of the system.

The new station has a dual port feature. Two (2) vehicles may charge at the same time and operates on a first come first serve basis. It is important to note, that although there are two ports, only one parking space is assigned/reserved. Please be mindful of the space(s) and its intended use.

WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS 9 AM - 9 PM

Morning Court #2 & #3 Closures on July 23rd

Courts #2 and Court #3 will be closed on Saturday, July 23rd from 9 am-12:30 pm. Our Kentlands Swim Team, the Kingfish, will be hosting the Divisional meet on that morning. Hosting divisionals is a prestigious opportunity for the Kingfish and does not occur annually. To prevent potential disruptions during the meet, those two courts will be closed that morning.

In addition, when using all of the courts, please attempt to contain your pickleball and tennis balls within your respective courts. There have been resident concerns regarding balls being hit over the court fencing onto the pool deck, into the pool, or onto the basketball court.

EFPs do not need to be renewed on an annual basis if your lease and driver's license on file are valid.

Residents that have not received an EFP, or have lost it and require a replacement, should contact the Clubhouse at 301-948-2071 to schedule an appointment or walk-in between 9:30 am - 10:30 am Monday-Friday (except holidays).
EFPs are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual they belong to. Only those with a valid EFP will be permitted to access the Kentlands pools, courts, and fitness center.

Dear Kentlands and Lakelands Residents who are 55 and over:
Please consider joining the Village at Kentlands and Lakelands as a social member, service member or volunteer.

We Need Volunteers!
Our volunteers help Kentlands and Lakelands residents who are 55 and older who need help with light chores and transportation or simply want someone to talk to.
We also are looking for volunteers to help with media, organizing events, fundraising and more.

We Need Members!
Some people join because of the social opportunities the Village provides. Others join because they need a little help so that they can remain independent. Whatever your reason, consider joining and being a part of this amazing program. Contact Jean Mocarski at jeanmocarski@gmail.com or 240-449-9002 for information.

Visit our website to learn more about the Village and how it can be a great way to make new friends, find interesting things to do and/or get a little help.
